Day one leaves Tirana at 5:30 or Shkodër at 7:00 to reach Koman around 8:30 for the boat, enjoy two hours scenic trip up Lake Koman between the canyon walls to Fierza. A minibus or car takes you on to the hotel in Valbona, arriving around 13:00, and the afternoon is free: the riverbed walk to the old mill, the viewpoint at Kukaj, or nothing at all. Dinner and the night are at the hotel. 2 nights in Valbona are followed by an early transfer 5:00 am to reach Fierza to take the ferry back to Koman, proceeding with drop off in Shkoder or Tirana.
Itinerary
Pickup at 05:30 in Tirana or 07:00 in Shkodër and transfer to Koman by air-conditioned minibus, arriving around 08:30. Board the ferry for the 2-hour boat trip on Komani Lake, then continue by minibus or car to Valbona, arriving around 13:00 to check in at the hotel. Free time in the valley; dinner included.

A free day in the Valbona valley: the riverbed walk to the old mill, the climb to Kukaj and the Rosi viewpoint, or simply rest. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel.
Overnight in Valbona Valley
Early transfer at 05:00 to Fierza for the ferry back down Komani Lake to Koman, then the air-conditioned minibus to Shkodër (arrival around 11:30) or Tirana (around 13:00).
