What we collect and why
- Request forms on this website: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, travel dates, number of travellers and the tour or page you asked about. We use them to answer you and to prepare an offer.
- Email: your address and the messages you send us, to answer you and to organise your trip.
- Bookings: the names of the travellers, the pickup place and the payment records, to run the trip and for our accounting and legal duties. After we agree on a trip we send you an invoice; you pay online with PayPal or Stripe, who process the card or account details — we never see or store them.
- Visiting the website: technical data the hosting needs to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address and browser.
- Measurement and advertising cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads, only as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Our own attribution cookies: aac_attr (the campaign or website that brought you, the first page you opened, and the source, first page and time of your first visit; 30 days) and aac_ref (a random code that links a WhatsApp conversation to the visit, 30 days), so we know how you found us when you contact us.
- Page speed: how quickly each page loaded for you, with the page address, device type, connection type and country — no cookie, no IP address, nothing that links visits. In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland only if you accept analytics; elsewhere only if you have not refused. Kept 13 months, used only to keep the site fast.
We do not collect passport details. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for automated decisions about you, and we do not send newsletters or advertising emails — your email address is used only to answer you and to organise your trip.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, the name shown on your WhatsApp profile, and the messages, photos or files you send us. We use them only to answer you and to plan and run your booking.
Our WhatsApp number runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform of Meta, through our provider 360dialog GmbH (Germany). Your messages pass through and may be stored on their servers in the United States.
We also keep the conversation in our customer system, operated for us by our marketing agency, so our team can answer you from one place.
If you reached us through a link on our website or an ad, we note which page or ad brought you, so we know which of our marketing works.

Who processes your data for us
- PlexWizz — our marketing agency: it runs the platform that receives the website's request forms and our WhatsApp and email conversations, and stores our requests and booking records.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website.
- Google — Analytics and Ads, as described in the Cookie Policy.
- Meta (WhatsApp) and 360dialog GmbH — our WhatsApp line.
- Zoho — our email.
- PayPal and Stripe — online payments.
- CookieYes — stores your cookie choice.
Some of these providers are outside Albania and the European Union, for example in the United States. They process data under their own contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Requests and conversations that did not become a booking: only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on your request. Bookings and payment records: as long as Albanian accounting and tax law requires. Cookies: see the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Albanian data-protection authority, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection. If you live in the European Union you may also contact the authority of your country.
