Booking conditions

These conditions apply to every tour, transfer and tailor-made trip booked with Guided Tours Albania. They are part of your booking from the moment we confirm it in writing.

How a booking is made

You send a request through this site, by email or on WhatsApp. We reply with the price, the dates and what is included. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel a departure for reasons of safety — weather, road conditions, or a situation outside our control. In that case you are offered another date or a full refund of what you paid us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid travel documents, for arriving at the pickup point at the agreed time, and for telling us in advance about any medical condition, dietary need or mobility limit that affects the trip.

Complaints

Tell the guide first — most things can be fixed on the spot. If that does not resolve it, write to [email protected] and we answer.
