Koman is about two and a half hours from Tirana by road, and the boats leave early, the car ferry to Fierza at 9:00, so the transfer is about reaching the terminal on time without the bus. You are picked up at your hotel or wherever you say and dropped at the Komani boat terminal by the tunnel.
